We provide standardized, safe and efficient global shipping services for all pillow and bedding accessory orders, adopting professional dust-proof, compression-resistant and shape-locking packaging to ensure every soft sleep pillow maintains fluffy appearance, complete shape and intact performance after cross-regional transportation. All valid orders will be processed for sorting, quality inspection and professional packaging within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Warehouse processing operations will be suspended on weekends and official public holidays due to routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As soft filled textile products, pillows are prone to extrusion flattening, fluffy loss, irregular creases, surface dust contamination and local deformation during long-distance logistics stacking and jolting. To avoid product shape damage and dirty pollution in transit, we adopt exclusive targeted packaging solutions for all pillow products. Each pillow is independently sorted and shaped first to restore even internal filling and neat three-dimensional shape. The whole pillow is wrapped with thickened dust-proof and waterproof inner film to completely isolate external dust, moisture and stains, keeping the product clean and hygienic. Multiple layers of buffer wrapping materials are used for outer packaging to resist external extrusion pressure and reduce transportation vibration impact. All individually packaged pillows are placed in thickened compression-resistant hard cartons, with internal gaps filled with fixed buffer fillers to prevent product shaking, sliding and irregular folding during transit. The sealed and reinforced packaging structure effectively protects the fluffy texture, three-dimensional radian and internal filling uniformity of pillows, ensuring no permanent deformation, flattening or dirty marks after long-distance cross-border transportation. After completing strict product quality inspection, shaping finishing and standardized sealed packaging, the system will automatically generate a unique tracking number and send a shipping confirmation notice, allowing customers to check real-time logistics transit status, transportation progress and delivery information online at any time. Standard domestic shipping generally takes four to seven business days for door-to-door delivery, while international shipping usually requires ten to eighteen business days due to cross-border customs clearance procedures, international logistics scheduling and local terminal distribution efficiency. All delivery times are estimated reference values, and uncontrollable delays may occur due to extreme severe weather, strict customs inspection, logistics peak congestion and carrier operational backlogs. Our logistics team will actively track abnormal logistics dynamics and provide timely follow-up assistance to minimize customer shopping inconvenience. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and delivery region, with qualified orders eligible for regular free shipping promotions. All international import taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local official regulations.
